1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Play Money platform, website, application, or service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Play Money is a basketball media and culture platform that produces original content, digital collectibles, community access tokens, and related merchandise. The Services include but are not limited to: video content, the $PLAYM community token, digital trading cards, athlete application submissions, merchandise purchases, and community features.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
Some features require a PlayMoney Wallet account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Purchases and Payments
All purchases made through the Services, including $PLAYM token packages, merchandise, and application fees, are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred.
6. $PLAYM Token Disclosure
$PLAYM is a digital community access token. It is not a security, investment, or financial instrument. Ownership of $PLAYM does not confer equity, dividends, profit-sharing, governance rights, or any ownership interest in Play Money or its affiliates. Purchasers should not acquire $PLAYM with an expectation of profit or appreciation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including videos, images, logos, text, digital cards, and software, is the property of Play Money or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
8. User-Submitted Content
By submitting content (including athlete applications, photos, videos, or stats), you grant Play Money a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the Services. You represent that you have the right to submit such content.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: violate any law or regulation; infringe on intellectual property rights; submit false or misleading information; attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Services; harass or harm other users; or use the Services for any unauthorized commercial purpose.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Play Money does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Play Money and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
